In the aid to protect our community, the COVID-19 restriction saw us temporarily closing the doors to our bar and dining rooms. With this closure, saw us quickly establish a take-away menu, available 7 days a week with our kitchen open from noon -2pm and 6pm - 8pm daily.
Located immediately alongside the western highway between Ararat and Stawell, the Great Western Hotel has reopened the Great Western Drive-Thru to provide you with quality meals, with collection from the safety of your own car.
To order, online access to our menu will allow you to peruse and decide what takes your fancy and then dial the number you will find located on the bottom of the menu to make your order. Head to the Great Western Drive-Thru at the time allocation and enter through the Great Western Motel entrance and you won’t be able to miss the fairy light lined window.
Our friendly staff will process your payment at the window and before you know it, dinner is served. There is a variety of drink choices once you reach the window, various soft drinks and bottled water. If you are after something a little more 18+ the adjoining bottle shop has beer, wine and spirits to suit, as well as having the region largest wine list, local providers include Seppelt Wines, Best’s and Grampians Estate. Absolutely everything is in take away containers making it easier for us to get the meals to you and easier for you come time to do the dishes.
